1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the 5 Star Jets website (“Site”) and utilizing our flight calculators or booking inquiry forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site.

2. Flight Estimates and Quotations

The flight quotes generated by our online calculators (including the Instant Charter Cost Estimator and Learjet Estimator) are provided for budgetary and informational purposes only. They do not constitute a final binding contract or a guaranteed rate. Live pricing is dynamic and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: real-time aircraft availability and positioning; dynamic fuel surcharges; specific airport fees, landing taxes, and FBO handling charges; and ATC rerouting and weather delays. All formal bookings require a signed charter agreement and finalized invoice processed directly by a 5 Star Jets Aviation Broker.

3. SMS and Mobile Communications (5 Star Jets Flight Alerts)

Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive SMS text messages is not a condition of using our website, requesting a flight estimate, or purchasing any service. You can use every feature of our Site and receive your flight estimate without opting in to SMS. If you check the optional SMS consent box and provide your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from 5 Star Jets (“5 Star Jets Flight Alerts”) related to your own inquiry, including flight estimates, booking confirmations, and logistical updates.

  • Frecuency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and flight status.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-out: You may cancel at any time by replying STOP; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
  • Privacy: No mobile information or phone numbers are shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

5 Star Jets acts as an authorized agent/broker arranging flights on behalf of its clients with Part 135 direct air carriers. 5 Star Jets is not a direct air carrier. We are not liable for operational delays, mechanical issues, or disruptions caused by third-party operators, weather, or air traffic control.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
